We start work 6 weeks before your wedding date

Tailored event guide created & distributed to vendors and suppliers (incl dietaries, floor plans, run sheet, key contacts etc.)
On-the-day coordinator for up to 8 hours on event day
1-2 planning meetings
Rehearsal run-through

For busy couples or DIY planners who need expert support with logistics, style, supplier information, and coordination.

For those looking for a completely stress-free, bespoke planning experience from start to finish.

Please note that we require a 50% deposit (non-refundable) to confirm our services, the remaining funds are due 4-weeks prior to your wedding date.
