  • We recommend booking as early as possible, ideally up to 18 months before your wedding, to secure your date and allow us to create a seamless planning timeline. For our Essentials Package (styling + coordination) we recommend booking at a minimum 3 months out.

  • Absolutely! We’re happy to discuss upgrades or additional services if your needs change as your wedding plans evolve.

  • Travel and accommodation for our team are additional and quoted based on your wedding location.

  • We coordinate all aspects of the day, liaise with vendors, manage timing, and ensure everything flows seamlessly. Couples can relax and enjoy the day, knowing every detail is taken care of.

  • Yes. We liaise with your chosen vendors or recommend trusted suppliers if you need guidance. Our role is to ensure everyone works together smoothly.

  • Definitely. Every wedding is unique. We adapt our services to meet your specific vision, whether it’s a themed wedding, cultural traditions, or creative styling ideas.

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 4 weeks out from your wedding date. All quotes and invoices are received through our accounting software Xero. Only direct debit and Stripe is available for payment.

  • A wedding involves far more moving parts than most couples expect. Our role is to manage the logistics, communicate with suppliers, and ensure the day runs seamlessly from start to finish. This not only reduces stress but allows you and your family to be fully present, knowing every detail is being handled with care and professionalism. We also have many years of experience in the events industry with great connections and a good understanding of what it takes to create a beautiful wedding.

  • Absolutely. We value individuality and work closely with you to incorporate any cultural traditions or personal touches that are meaningful to you.
