On-the-day coordination is the management of your wedding day so everything runs smoothly and according to plan. We step in during the final weeks leading up to your wedding, take over communication with your vendors, finalise your timeline, and ensure every detail is executed seamlessly on the day.

We oversee every moving part of your day. This includes coordinating vendors, managing the timeline, overseeing setup, handling any issues that arise, guiding your bridal party, and ensuring everything runs to schedule. Our role is to quietly manage everything behind the scenes so you can be fully present.
We also run the wedding rehearsal usually held the day before. Ensuring everyone in the bridal party knows their cues and where to stand. We also take this time to step through the timeline line by line to ensure you’re happy with everything.

Venue coordinators manage the venue itself. We manage your entire wedding. This includes your vendors, timeline, styling, and overall flow of the day. We work alongside your venue to ensure everything comes together seamlessly.

A wedding involves far more moving parts than most couples expect. Our role is to manage the logistics, communicate with suppliers, and ensure the day runs seamlessly from start to finish. This not only reduces stress but allows you and your family to be fully present, knowing every detail is being handled with care and professionalism. We also have many years of experience in the events industry with great connections and a good understanding of what it takes to create a beautiful wedding.

Every wedding is different, which means our proposals are tailored to the level of support required, your location and the vision for your celebration.
Once you’re ready to proceed, a 50% non-refundable confirmation payment is required to secure your date in our calendar. The remaining balance is due four weeks prior to your wedding day.
As we work with couples throughout New Zealand and for destination celebrations, travel and accommodation costs may apply for weddings outside our local regions, and will always be discussed transparently within your proposal.
We intentionally take on a limited number of celebrations each season to ensure every couple receives a personalised experience, so early enquiries are recommended.
